HJ3-Double compact system
compacting structure ,draft structure ,negative pressure suction system ,air flow compact
Hengji type compact spinning system is developed from the conventional three rollers with two rubber aprons draft structure, which keeps the draft structure with middle roller, upper and lower rubber aprons, replaces the front bottom roller by big hollow gathering and compacting roller with slots on, and integrated inside the big hollow roller with negative suctioninsert. The air flow is guided by special designed slot and suction insert on the gathering and compacting zone ,when the rovings run through the gathering and compacting zone ,the fibers are compacted from upper to lower and from boundary to core. And because the slots width for air flow is getting narrower from front to read side, and it is twisted from the drafting direction, thus the negative air pressure will make the fibers twisted and compacted tightly on yarn core. With these figures, the fibers will be tightly and smoothly compacted on the yarn.

The 4 rollers and the compacting rubber cot hold the lattice apron for running.
The negative pressure is provided by centralized ventilator and airflow tube,
equip with filter for pollution.

Optimized design of negative pressure distribution ,the airflow is same
on all suction points.
The frequency inverter technology is adopted to control the negative
pressure for different yarn counts.
The lattice apron tension structure is adopted ,the tension is stable
and the lattice apron runs smoothly.
